Some corrections are needed here: to start with this is not an apartment-hotel anymore: some apartments are currently privately-owned and others are rented. The only common infrastructure is the huge pool and gardens for kids to play, which are inside a walled compound.
Secondly it is located in the middle of Son Xoriguer, part of Calan Bosch, so it should not be listed as belonging to Ciudadella.
Now the rating: we spend 10 days last year and will spend 2 weeks now in August. The mentioned pool and gardens are great for kids to play; there's a baby pool too. The apartments are efficiently run by Miguel who organizes everything, but could use a minor bit of refurbishing. Otherwise clean and well kept. The apartment themselves are no 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, with all kinds of shops nearby. The Calan Bosch marina is around 15 minutes walking distance away.
