We knew the hotel was German orientated when we read reviews but did not realise it was 99% Germans. If you have young children - the mini club is not for them! The disco was very unusual and slow and the entertainment for adults was extremely poor. The bar closed early and you were sat at a table wondering what to do - due to all inclusive we were limited to staying there. The hotel was quiet but the room we had was over the reception area and every morning we were woken by deliveries to the hotel at 5.00am and 7.00am. Bin men cleared the streets at 4.00am! The air conditioning did not work correctly in the room and the pool was dirty. We ended up paying over £100 on medical treatments due to ear infection from the pool. The staff spoke very little English but were genuinely friendly - the food was very good with a good variety. The location was great - the beach was very near and the marina was just around the corner. We would definately return to Menorca but not this hotel.

At first i was quite aprehensive as there was no english reviews,,the hotel was quite mixed really, more germans, but english and spanish people were also there. i have only one problem with the hotel, the kids club was in german only, and even though i didnt want to enter my kids in the club it was still quite rude to only have a german ran club..however the hotel is spot one, the pool is not enormous but is efficient enough, there were plenty of sun beds, a life guard on watch and a pool bar a few steps from the pool, and to cool off a shaded terrace infront of the pool bar. the suroundings of this hotel were lovely and pleasant to see, all inclusive enables free tennis and other amenities,the court is just to the side of the hotel. Te food was varied, nice and plentyiful,the hotel staff were friendly, happy and accomodating. the entertainment team worked hard to make everyone feel welcome, and often joined in the kids with the normal songs, few proffesional shows on too!! jurin the day the entertainment team provided water polo, football, water aerobics etc, one in particular "justin" was a nice friendly guy who made a good effort.
rooms were a/c at your own control very nice and spacious, nice comfy beds.
the cala n bosch area is lovely, clean and has 2 beaches one is at the back of the hotel 5 mins walk, and one is to the left of the hotel bout 8 mins walk, round this area there is the marina where all is happening..bars restaurants, boat hire etc..the beaches were clean and clear,a water park not far too! i would definatly recommend this hotel and area we had a great time!!

everything about this hotel was very very good! we were a large group of 17 people including 6 children on holiday for my dads 60th birthday! the rooms are very clean and spacious, food was excellent, lots of variety, all inclusive definately recommended. location excellent 5-10 min walk to beaches and marina for pubs and restaurants. entertainment was excellent very friendly team although the kids club during the day was in german with only basic english spoken! this is mainly a german hotel although with alot of other nationalities, it didnt put anyoe off and there were plenty of sunbeds!!!! couldnt have wished for anything else... will be going again next year!

Having initially booked into another hotel in the area, I was informed less than 24 hours prior to travel that this was overbooked, and we were allocated this hotel instead. Our initial fears that this German orientated hotel would not suit our young son were soon dispelled, as several other British families soon arrived, having endured the same issues as ourselves. This hotel is excellent in every way. We were initially allocated a two bedroom appartment with two bathrooms, which we would not fault. As we were al inclusive, the food and drink were very good. My partner and son are partcularly fussy eaters, yet they were still ful every day. There are plenty of sunbeds for everyone and the pool was great for all, with a small splash pool for the young children and a larger pool. The kids club team was predominantly German, hence the mini disco was in German, although the Dutch entertainer did stipulate that a couple of the songs were in English. About 2 minutes from a lovely beach, and 5 minutes from the beautiful harbour, this is an ideal location. I fully recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing holiday.
