Just returned (3rd August 2007) from a 2 week stay in the Sa Caleta apartment (dont confuse it with the terrible Sa Caleta Playa) There were always sunloungers free at the pool, with No towels on them! Although there are 52 apartments it never felt like there were alot of people there. Lots of lovely dutch people and only a few english. The rooms are great, well equipped for self catering with microwave, 2 ring burner and lots of cutlery etc. There is a large tennis court, air hockey and pool table and a small swing park on the complex, a restaurant and bowling alley being built for next year (no noise from building works only working on interior now) Very peaceful resort with friendly staff and amazing maid service, everyday our towels, bed linen was changed and rooms tidied! There are two small beaches close by and many more if you hire a car (we didnt). The Sa Nacro restaurant is totally fab with view of bay, and you can feed fish and jump of diving board into sea below, the paella was the best we had. Sa Quadra is top quality also, although abit dearer, costing us 88 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids. Paella there had lots of crabs claws and was very picky to eat, mixed grill was a good choice with chops, sausages, bacon etc. Sa Caleta is quiet and peaceful, just what we hoped for, we did venture into nearby Cuitadella which was beautiful, very spanish with stunning buildings etc. We had a great time at the Sa Caleta apartment and would highly recommend it! If you go, say Hi to Oscar who works in the bar and ask him if he got the bottle his assistant for 2 weeks (my son) ryan bought him as a leaving gift!
