The place is ok, but this is a resort that wasn't built to be all inclusive. The rooms all have fridges and cooking facilities, so its obviously been built as a self catering/ half board thing, and then they do all inclusive. This doesn't really work, as it's not big enough to support enough variety at evening meal time. We are quiet easy to please food wise, so it was ok, sometimes good. The fish was always good, and often had calamari, which is fine if you like it. The first thing you find is that it's not really all inclusive, it's all inclusive lite, so you don't get lunch. Every single person we met went there expecting all inc, and spent the first couple of days arguing the toss with their tour operators as to what they should book. It wasn't like one of these places where there are snack bars open all the time and you can get something to eat, you eat at the normal times if the kids get hungry in between your problem. You could get crisps from the bar, when they had them in stock, but most of the time they had none. The staff were good, and there was a mini disco for the kids of an evening, and other entertainment for kids and adults, some better than others. The kids club was a joke, come and do some colouring, while the member of staff ignores you. But to be honest I don't go on holiday to get rid of the kids. The pools were nice, and the kids loved them. there are no beaches near by except a couple of coves, there are nice beaches about 1km away , but it was so hot we never made it there. If you are self catering it's a relatively long walk in the heat to the nearest shops/resturant. There's no longer a shop or a pizza place on site although their was previously. I don't want to sound negative, we had a good time, a great time, but we paid a lot of money for the holiday, and I think for a bit more we could have got somewhere a bit nicer. The kids had a lovely time, and we had a nice break too. I don't appreciate the mrs having to call up the uk to argue the toss as to whether the booking page explained that there was no lunch included or not. The staff were great though, nice to the kids, and very friendly, someone told me the place is in administration and they haven't been paid for a couple of months, which if true is even more remarkable. Anyway, I think if you go with the right expectations it's not a bad place at all. but don't go expecting a luxury all inclusive, 4 stars for this is a joke, it's a self catering place, with food added on, there is no beach, and it's a bit basic. That said you can have a great holiday there, we met some great people and had a lot of fun.
