We stayed at this hotel for the first two weeks of October the weather was lovely.Upon our arrival our room was lovely and clean with complimentary water and bag of toileteries. Our balcony was nice overlooking the garden and swimming pool. There was a fridge which was free of charge and a flat screen tv with English channels. It cost 10 euros for remote but you got this back at the end of your stay.
The staff were really friendly and the reception staff spoke good English nothing was too much trouble.I got a nasty insect bite when out sunbathing which went infected and they rang me a Doctor who came right away and gave me antibiotics.Had to pay for this but got it back from my holiday insurance.
The food was good but after two weeks got a bit boring however there was nothing wrong with it and always something to tempt you.
On the down side the entertainment was pretty poor and did not start until 10pm so after dinner there wasn't much to amuse you but we went down the road a couple of times to the Valentin Star hotel as they always had something on at 9pm.Although the weather was good the whole resort was closing down so most of the pubs and shops were closed in fact the day after we flew home the hotel closed for Winter and does not open again until May next year had we known this we would not have gone at the later time,we are not young revellers in fact we are young minded early 60s but we do like to go somewhere with a bit of entertainment when away.
There were some nice shops in nearby Ciudadella and the bus fare was very cheap so we went there to buy the Grandkids something.
All in all I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and hospitality and really good value for money but go before October when everything is open at the resort.
