I went to this hotel in Aug 2011 with my husband and 2 children aged 4 & 6. Room was fine, didn;t spend much time in it, only thing that was missing was Air con as it was sweltering but you can hore a fan from the reception, they require a deposit which you get back at the end of your stay.
There are 4 pools, 2 large ones, a baby paddling and a splash one with slides etc. The splash one was brilliant, I hardly saw my kids all day!
We used the kids club a few times, my daughter liked going there.
Food was buffet style which you helped yourself to, there was plenty of different dishes to choose from, only complaint was that it wasn;t a very big room and you often had to queue out the door at breakfast and evening meal times (if you hit peak times). There was a section for kids but the food seemed to be the same as the adult selection. During the day you could also eat at the poolside restaurant where they served salad, chips, pasta, hot dogs.
Evening entertainment was ok, always something for everyone. The Entertainment team worked hard during the day putting on activities for the kids.
The one NEGATIVE about this whole holiday was the sunbed situation. You had to be up at the crack of dawn to get one. People were leaving their towels out overnight just so they had a bed for the next day. One night someone took off all the towels and threw them in the pool, still didnt stop them putting them out again the next night.
We didn;t go to the beach/cove as we were told the sea was full of jelly fish and people were getting stung.
The town is geared for kids, bouncy castles, rides galore.
I would reccomend this holiday and may even go back again one year.

We had an amazing honeymoon and everyone at the hotel was lovely.

The hotel is in a fantastic location as shops, clubs, resorts are nearby.

we booked 1week in july-august 2011. we went all inclusive.
2 adults and 1 child of 7 years old. As others have said, we were really surprised that there had been any bad reviews about the resort, as it was brilliant. We were given room number 1! which was great situated next to entrance which meant we were also close to the restaurante! However it was a bit noisy when coaches were coming and going in the front living space where my partner was sleeping on the sofa bed. But the bedroom was lovely and quiet for me and my son. we slept great. apart from the last night when some1 with clippy cloppy shoes went up and down the stairs all night and morning in the appartment above!!
We were all pleased with the food. it was great. you could eat all day if you liked! Breakfast, then brunch if you missed that. then dinner, or snack if you missed that! then tea and then late snacks til 11pm! also the pool bar/restaurante served food too. towards the end of our week a lot more people arrived at the hotel which meant that u had to queue at meal times sometimes. there was a large selection and variety of food and i am a vegetarian and there was still quite a good choice.
the room was cleaned every couple of days. but they did forget to give us more toilet roll on one occasion which we had to go and ask for.
The only complaint had really was with 1 of the bar staff. He was a male dark haired barman about 50years old who was obnoxious and i felt just didnt like woman or kids as my patner didnt seem to have a problem with him. It made me avoid going to the bar. he was rude and just seemd nasty really. All the other bar staff were lovely though. and it is good to leave tips especially if ur all inclusive.
For the kids there is choice of 3 pools! there were clubs for the children and dance classes etc that they could do although my son was quite happy in the pool all day!
the entertainment on an evening was usually quite a good laugh, and always started with a disco for the kids. there was 1night where a young lass was singing cabaret etc which was a bit annoying after a couple of songs bless her! but all the entertainers really worked hard day and night.
Basically we would definitely go again it was a brilliant all round holiday, the resort had everthing you needed really. you neednt even leave the complex. a shop was on site too.
one tip. if your a smoker there is only one shop you can buy ciggarettes from which is a good twenty minute walk from the hotel. it took my partner a day or two to find it.

Lots to keep kids amused and very good kids pool. were self catering but had a couple of things from the takeaway which were fine. downside was the apartments are very small and decor is dated and tatty. the apartment was far too small for 3 adults and a baby and that actually spoiled our holiday a bit as we were so cramped and the apartment was dark and dingy.
