I have only the best of memories from my staying in this hotel in August of 2011. The hotel is small but very nice, the staff is friendly and helpful (and speak excellent English, which is rare in Spain...) and the breakfast is very good. Also, the location could not be better, just a short walk from the beach (the swimming pool and I guess also some of the rooms have a lovely sea view) and from the shopping streets of Palma. Even though the night life is close by, the neighbourhood is quiet. The beaches were serene and undisturbed by too many tourists. This getaway was a relaxing dream.

Relatively new (10-15 years old) hotel with modern interior. Good bed, rear side of hotel has view to trees etc, with birds, is quiet at night. Behind that a large house/office, did hardly see people there. Large balcony, tv. Clean, bathroom and floors show a bit of wear. Large breakfast, and coffee from a syrup machine, which actually tasted decent. Wifi in room worked.
About 20 min walk from old town, 10 min from seaside, not centrally located. Garage € 7,--, was able to park outside with 5 min. walk.
Got out of season deal € 55,-- one person with breakfast, but had to tell two times that the breakfast was included in the price. Direct internet hotelbooking cheapest.

The hotel was fine, rooms quite spacious with a small balcony. Bit tired now. needs a little TLC. Breakfast was fine, cold meats, cereals bread. Eggs, bacon sausages were just warm. No one in breakfast room if you wanted hot water so you had to have coffee. All in all the breakfast was quite sufficient.
No tea making facilities in the room, so if like me you like an early morning cuppa bring a kettle.
The reception staff were ok, well one young chap was really pleasand and very helpful, the other two were ok but a bit abrupt.

All in all a good stay and a nice hotel. Quite a way from the main areas of Palma but there were some nice restaurants just ten minutes away overlooking the boats.

The buses were very good and very frequent. Note that ~Bellver castle is not open on Mondays.

Arrived within 30mins from airport and checked in. Although early in the day, the staff ensured the rooms were ready by going up to check while we signed in. The reception was friendly and efficient while the reception area was spacious and clean.
The room was surprisingly spacious with a very good balcony with loungers and chairs and a view over the town too the sea.
We stayed for a week and found the rooms cleaned and turned down every day on our return in the afternoon/evening. Breakfast was good, hot and cold available as well as fresh fruits and plenty of drinks. Not always well staffed but tables were cleared on request.
Late night drinks were available from the bar on returning for the night at realy good prices.
The location at first looks a bit 'iffy' but was absolutely fine. A five minute walk takes you down to the marina area and thereafter you can walk to town, maybe 30mins depending on whether or not you stop for a dink on the way. There is always the bus service into town which is very regular and efficient. There are plenty of bars and eating places locally but if you want upmarket you need to go into town.
All in all I thought very good value and well placed.
