This Luxury Collection hotel is fantastic ! I was there twice already and every time the experience was great. The hotel was built in the 13th century, surrounded by subtropical lush gardens and incomparable views of the bay of Palma, this enchanting castle invites you to dream. I had a wonderful time over there and certainly will be back again. You will feel like in a dream once you walk in to the property. Fantastic paintings, beautiful rooms, great spa and amazing food in good restaurants - all in the hotel ! We just loved it first time in October 2009 and came back in October 2010 with friends. Amazing property! Highly recommend!

My husand and I stayed at this hotel during the summer. Fortunately, it is everything you would expect- beautiful, clean, great pool, nice rooms, and the breakfast was fantastic. The concierge and reception staff was also incredibly welcoming and helpful.

With that said, because this hotel is a part of a large hotel chain, there's nothing special or endearing that I can say about this hotel because it's very similar to any other 4-5 star hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool. It's so relaxing and offers the perfect place to rest and enjoy the sun. We also played golf and the course is beautiful.

The downfalls are you are far away from the town and beach. The beaches in Majorca are some of the most beautiful in the world, and you don't have access to them from the Castillo unless you rent a car or take a cab. Also, the food and drinks are very expensive, but since you have no other choice other than going into town, you are stuck paying for them.

This is definetly one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is perfectly run and offers more than you ever need.

The rooms are huge and have two bathrooms a seperate walk-in closet as well as a bed room and a seperate living room.

The service is more than welcoming and the staff is more than eager to get you everything you need even bofore you thought about it.

Stayed here for 4 nights in mid December. From the moment of arrival we were made extremely welcome by Wilem who performed our check-in kindly and efficiently. The whole place is opulent - a beautiful property full of beautiful paintings and antique furniture. Every piece is interesting. The room was extremely comfortable. The view from both room and the terrace must be the envy of all in Palma. The service from all the hotel staff was never less than excellent. Very convenient for the town by either taxi - 12 euro, or the bus 1.25 euro, only about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this hotel if you wasnt to feel extra special.
