The hotel is excellent in most areas,however the standard of the towels ,bathrobes and sheets really let it down .Threadbare is an accurate description. The rooms are clean but storage is limited. There is an excellent selection for breakfast which is kept well replenished .It takes 15 -20 minutes to stroll along the promenade to the cathedral which is a very pleasant walk .

Stayed here for four nights.Checking in quick and easy(as was checking out).Comfortable room. Excellent power shower.Everything clean and tidy.Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast.(very tasty fried eggs!).Didn't try the restaurant but had a bar snack which was o.k. All the staff we met were courteous. Allow 30 mins to walk to station 20 mins to cathedral(along sea front). Plenty of bars and restaurants near by.

good hotel with easy access to main touristic point of interest,with free wifi,tidy and modern rooms,didn't use spa and I didn't have a breakfast as I found it a bit overpriced (had breakfast down the street in a local cafe-coffee,fresh juice,sandwich and pickles for just few euros),spend one afternoon at swimming pool but found it small and crowded,preferred local beaches which are easy to reach,lake of curiosity from the hotel staff-Palma itself was beautifull but customer service in many places is a bit disappointing

We typically stay in modest places so this was our big treat and it did not disappoint. We wanted to stay close to the center of town, close the ferry, with easy access to the bike routes. The hotel met all these requirements and more. We were not prepared for the great service. Every request we made (early check-in, bike storage, cash travelers checks, internet access) was met by "but of course". As cyclist we were overjoyed by the breakfast buffet, great spread, good variety. The spa area was much appreciated after a long bike ride.
