Booked a superior room but two people would have difficulty getting on the balcony together. Had to pay extra for a room with a decent balcony. View from the room was very good but no bars or shops within the vicinity. At least 30 minutes hilly walk into Palma. The food was disgusting - one night there was no meat or fish, just fried eggs. Breakfast was hit and miss and most mornings the salad from the previous evening was served up. There is no service whatsoever in the dining room, you have to clear your own plates scraping scraps into a bin. I would certainly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone - I would rather stay at home than have a FREE holiday there.

just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel.
hotel was ok,clean rooms,,fresh towels and sheets every day,great location for eating ,drinking,cinema,bowling and chinese restaurants(bambu) although hotel is up a hill it did work off the pounds!
good value for money but could do with renovating in dinning area,bar and stair carpets,.

We were sent to this hotel when Easy Jet cancelled our flight home at the last minute. I would never have chosen it. Granted, it has a good location, near to Porto Pi shopping centre and has stunning views of the bay but so do many other much better hotels in the area! It is old, tired and very very worn around the edges. Our rooms (3) were not in the main building but another building so far away from reception it felt as though it was below sea level. Not much fun when you have to carry luggage. I managed to get a better located room for my elderly parents but that still involved steps and lifts and was generally not very suitable for anyone with impaired mobility. The buffet dinner was almost beyond description. I am not a fussy eater but it was disgusting and I was very ill after eating it. Tasteless, mass produced and disgusting. Breakfast was not much better. Wouldn't stay here for free!

I would like to recommend Horizonte.

If you go to Mallorca and would like to combine sun and city, then Horizonte has a great location. Close to airport, beach and Palma Town.

The staff is friendly and very helpfull

And don't forget the view from the terrace

I would certainly book again
