El hotel esta como a diez minutos de camino a pie del centro de San Sebastian. El lugar en donde esta el hotel es bellisimo.
Las habitaciones estaban perfectas. Tiene un supermercado enfrente. La atencion al cliente, inmejorable. Definitivamente regresaria

The internet is only free in the lobby, and then is only available via 30 min vouchers from the front desk. It is by no means high speed (128kbit/s). The paid internet is no better (256kbit/s). This is barely fast enough to load images. Forget about a youtube video loading.

The hotel is about a 30 min walk from town, with very little around it to do. Its about an €8 cab ride otherwise.

Not that it mattered, but the TV was wavy and didn't work either.

The AC fan only turned on with the heat... no way to have a 'fan noise' to sleep with.

We arrived at this Hotel without any prebooking around the 6th October. The reception staff were very pleasant and we booked for one night with parking. This was provided by the Hotel at a reasonable charge for their secure underground location where staff are on habd to assist you. This is essential as they park people in order of their desired check out time. A good point to remember as it can be limited I would assume at peak season. We had a great room with a sea view and a balcony, room 509, which we did not request but was a pleasant suprise. The bedroom was well appointed and had comfortable beds and we were pleased we chose this on spec as we drove by. The Hotel is only a short walk from the beach and shopping areas. There are plenty of bars and restuarnats nearby for the evening. We enjoyed our stop here.

This is an expensive hotel with deficient services, especially to room maintenance.
