This hotel has a quirky design. It is modern yet comfortable. Staff are really helpful and the service are great. Location wise, it is about 10 mins walk to the Guggenheim museum, 10 mins to the football ground and about 25 mins to the old town; alternatively it's less than 5 mins to a tram stop. There is a shopping centre, Zubiarte, oppoiste the hotel which has a supermarket.

The ceiling to floor window is wonderful. We had a room with the view of the park. Really glad that they had black-out curtain too.

Would definitely stay there again.

This is en excellent modern hotel. By and large, the staff were very helpful and the service was excellent. It is in a great location, very near to the Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Fine Aert and a tram ride away from the old city. Now for the down sides...the sink drainage system makes a noise for quite a while after using water and so does the central heating system after a while. We were told that these could not be rectified. Also there was a party on one of the nights we stayed which went on till 4pm and could be heard in our room. So get a room away from the central lift area and find out if there are any parties. Having said that, it really is an excellent hotel.

Perfect location to visit Guggenheim, Bellas Artes museum and the centre of artcity Bilbao.
Beautiful view from our room on the 10th floor. Breakfast very expensive but in a nice restaurant. the bar Q lounge is very nice for a drink and some pinxtos.
This is a real 5 star hotel at a very good price during the weekend.

This is an oasis in Bilbao, situated in a park, but close to the tram which takes you along the river to the Guggenheim Museum, the old city, and great restaurants. If you prefer to walk, the museum is about 10 minutes away. The rooms have all the modern conveniences, with a very spacious bathroom. Clean and well kept. Friendly and helpful staff. A gem.
