This hotel is in a great location with easy access to tram and only 15 minutes pleasant riverside walk to city centre. They offer a very good breakfast for 11 euro and the staff were very helpful with parking even though they had very limited English. The bedroom was clean and was decorated in a minimalist modern way which we liked. The area around the hotel seemed safe but it was quite noisy at night if in the front as we were. A really good choice to stay in if visiting this city. We thought Bilbao was really cool and would come again.

31 rowdy rugby players descended on this hotel and were treated very well. This hotel provided great value for money and is in an excellent location. Nothing is much more than a 20 min walk away and the Guggenheim is only about 10 mins. There were quite a few small bars and cafes in the vicinity and the lively part of the city was about 20 mins walk away. The rooms were perfectly clean and sufficient for a short stay. Breakfast was a cold, continental buffet style breakfast with a good and diverse selection. Hot food could be ordered on request. The waitresses in the morning could be moody but I suppose they were having to serve hungover oafs. An ideal base to explore an interesting and welcoming city.

This hotel was good for exploring Bilbao. it is a little bit out of the centre but this meant it was cheaper so that was a bonus. We could still walk everywhere. The rooms were nice, clean and very comfy beds. It is possible to find free street parking near the hotel but just be aware of the times on the meter parking. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby so we didn't eat at the hotel at all. We stayed 2 nights and would stay again if in Bilbao. It is a pleasant walk along the riverside to get into the old town (a good 20 min walk)

Bringing my son to begin school year in the Colegio Mayor Deusto. This place is perfectly located in relation to the University. Clean, uncluttered room with comfortable beds and with TV,phone and refrigerator. Bathroom was adequate, although the swinging glass shower door was clumsy to use and did not keep water off the floor. I figured it was their problem, not mine. It was very good value in comparison to anything comparable or rated above, but I feel all the hotel prices are close to outrageous. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd certainly go back again.
