We stayed one night here on our way for a road trip to Northern Spain. The staff was friendly, but the room was rather small. The famous Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao is only a few blocks away, so this great museum is well worth a visit, if you stay at this hotel.

The hotel is near a park as its name suggests. No park views though. Our mission was to accommodate two adults and three kids for about hundred euros. The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. The room was great! Perfectly divided in two parts with a door so kids could sleep peacefully while mom and dad watched late nite TV.

The staff was somewhat serious, but did their job well enough. Maybe they´re more ofthen reciving business men than families with kids.

While driving along the North coast of Spain, Bilbao is a nice stop between Donostia (San Sebastian) and Santander. The city is pleasantly burgeois, with a river, trams, the Guggenheim Museum and good pinchos (basque tapas) in every corner.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with few restaurants - the best looking is next door. It is quite close to a tramway, which could carry you to Guggenheim Museum for example.

We parked the car on street - better price than hotel. (Sunday was even free if I remember right).

I found the hotel to be very quiet, clean and modern. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We got 15 mins of free internet with our booking. Good location with a fairly easy walk to public transport and bakeries and shops.
