The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very nice but a little expensive. The hotel is very clean and quite modern.

Stayed for 2 nights after booking via Late Rooms. The reception spoke reasonable english, although as we spoke Spanish it wasnt necessary. At first they put us in a room with a broken air conditioner panel and the heat was really bad so we asked to move and they sorted this straight away to a room which was fine, and apologised for the inconvenience. Both the rooms we had were a good size, large bathrooms, nice hallways, and flat screen TVs. There was a good 'essentials' box, nice towels, and very comfy beds. No noise.
The location is pretty good as Bilbao is only small anyway. Walking distance to just about everywhere. It's not far from a nice restaurant called Florinda.

Main problem was that the hotel was hideously over-heated and that meant the aircon had to be on all the time, even in late October. Rooms basic - no kettle for instance, but free (basic) internet, but they don't advertise that for some reason.
