This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It felt like a 5 star hotel at 2 star price! You get a pillow menu! Beds ultra comfy - huge rooms with business hotel touches (comb, shoe shine, sewing kit etc etc). Really funky decor too.

Delicious breakfast with plethora of choice.

If i'm back in Bilbao, will definitely return.

This hotel is located in the Ensamble area of Bilbao, about a 20 minute walk from the Guggenheim. Don't be put off my the 70s glazed frontage - it is comfortable inside and the rooms are fine, even if the decor is a little dated. Breakfast was very extensive and the hotel is located near some great restaurants and tapas bars. It was excellent value for money.

The best four star hotel I have stayed so far. The service in the reception was excellent, very helpful and attentive. I liked many bars and cafes in the ground floor. The room was equipped superbly, with some small things which make difference: in the bathroom I found sewing kit, comb and shaving kit, those small things I did not see in any other four star place. At the toop of it the room was quiet, location is great, close to the Guggenheim and the center.

Nice room, great bed, clean, what you need. And the misses was very fond of the bathroom products (heard her giggle).

Recomend taking a drink in the hotel pub, very nice bartender that knows everything about the city.
