The Barcelo Nervion is very well sited for the old town and also the Guggenheim. Had a lovely room overlooking river although it was noisy as there is busy road alongside.
Service definitley not with a smile. When we checked in in the evening and asked if we could park the receptionist just said it was full and shrugged. No help, no smile -ironically there was a sign saying how sensitive they were to guests needs! We were left with four bags as my husband went to find somewhere to park. Given key but offered no help with luggage. Breakfast buffet plentiful but average quality especially the coffee. Had a drink in the bar with some tapas but our plates were removed when we were still eating as the barman wanted to close. Ok for a short stay as great location and reasonable rates.

A really nice hotel. For the price you pay I was very impressed. The hotel staff were very polite and so helpful.
We were here for a wedding in Getzo which was a €20 or so cab ride away.
The room we had, had been made into a triple and we still had a lot of room to move around.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a fortnight. It is a very good hotel with an exquisite location - just on the banks of river Nervion. The rooms are comfortable, services very good and food excellent. The only drawback is they do not have wi-fi in the rooms.

The hotel looks very good both from the outside and the inside, the lobby is great!
However the breakfast was not very good, and even though one side of the hotel must have a splendid view on the river, we were on the opposite side and the view was REALLY not to the standard of the hotel.
