I stayed for just 1 night in September 2011. I booked it through the SLH group of which I am a member. As a result I was upgraded to a better room and they included a free breakfast. The room was very large (bedroom, hallway and large bathroom/shower) but a strange colour scheme, black and silver. Also included were a ipod docking station/speakers, safe, free minibar and the biggest bed I think I have ever had. In fact the bed was as big as my room was the previous night (single room in Niza, SanSebastian). There was an amazing shower however so powerful & high tech I almost was knocked over and couldnt figure out how to use it! There was a nice quiet atomosphere and tasteful furnishings throughout the hotel and a very professional receptionist with excellent english. A computer is available in the foyer for guests and when this was out of action they kindly offered me another in staff area. The breakfast room was nicely decorated (see photo) however lacking in atmosphere as I was the only diner on the Saturday morning. A short walk to the Guggenheim and nearest tram stop. Very good value if you book on their website. Recommended.
