As mentioned in title when you look at the hotel those are the words which come to your mind. Probably the best hotel in Bilbao and that too right in the city center (Plaza Moyua). Bus from the airport drops near to the hotel and you can take the bus to airport right outside the hotel gate. Taxis are right next to the hotel, just sticking on the side walls of hotel. Metro is towards the other side (Moyua Stop). Once we stepped-in it just elegance and the hotel staff were very courteous with good English communication skills.

Breakfast buffet was too good and tasty with lots and loads of choices, we can have our own choice of omelets or other foods which they make right there. Rooms are perfect and very good interiors, clean rooms, aesthetically designed. All basic stuff like LCD screen, Safety Locker, Mini Bar and Nice bed. Hotel staff is excellent, helpful and they speak good English too which is very important for travelers who doesn't speak local language. There were lot of business travelers and some tourists, it always buzz with activity in evenings or mornings. There are lot of eateries around the hotel and cafes every corner near to hotel. Its a shopping center too with lot of shops and behind the hotel there is a huge shopping center.
