After staying in various Ibis Hotels in France we did not think that the quaility and facilties at this Ibis in Bilbao was as good.
In the past there was always shampoos and various wash things laid out in the Bathroom and Tea and Coffee making within the room, we noticed all these are not their now and with regards to the Bar /Restaurant we thought it was poor with regatding choice on the menu.

Good price, good location, room was small, but clean and comfortable, bathroom modern and clean, breakfast was adequate. Most reception staff were friendly and helpful, esp. the women.

Street noise into the wee hours, hallways smelled very strongly of disinfectant. There is an extra charge for wi-fi.

With the hotel Ibis you get what you pay for, a clean warm room and a good nights sleep.

It is not lavish or lush in anyway but the rooms are spotless and quiet and the hotel itself is pretty central only a ten minute walk to moyua and 15 to the Guggenheim.

Breakfast when we were there was 6.50euros each, considering it is a buffet style continental breakfast i would say that this is very resaonable.

It has a 24hour bar and the wine is divine!
