Nothing but good things to say - a nice hotel in a great part of the city. Convenient to restaurants, historic siteseeing, and shopping. A good value for the money. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in this hotel in October 2008 before eading to Picos de Europa and found a very central hotel at a very good price and with a confortable room eith nice decoration, a good bathroom very modern and friendly staff.

We stayed two nights at the Fruela and it was just perfect. First of all the location is unbeatable, literally a few metres from the entrance to the charming old 19th century Mercado Fontán and the rest of the older quarter. Secondly, the impeccable decoration
of the rooms, with an attention to detail sadly lacking in other establishments, with ample wardrobe space for cases, bags, shopping etc. The staff on reception were very friendly
and always greeted us with a smile and an 'hola' however many times we entered and left the place during the course of the day. Next door there's a superb Fruela Café where you can have breakfast or an afternoon coffee or vino. I don't think you could want for more in a hotel. Thoroughly recommendable!!

The Fruela Hotel is small like a boutique hotel, the people was very friendly, the rooms are not big but enough for what is needed, very clean. The ubication es perfect you have the center of the city at just a minute.walkd
