Exceptional, friendly service. An easy 15 minute walk to the Cathedral, the charming hotel is a large house pleasingly situated in a well-heeled neighborhood, on the road to Naranco and the Pre-Romanesque churches. Pick up a useful map at the front desk. Room 105 has a delightful corner setting with three balconies, large French doors, and a tasteful bathroom with a good shower. Its two single beds are pushed together and comfortable. The copious breakfast buffet features local cheeses and meats, as well as fruits, yoghurts, and pastries. A handy supermarket is nearby. Park for free on the street instead of in the tiny confined parking area under the hotel. The front desk can provide a notice to put on your dashboard to avoid getting a ticket. As with any hotel, if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs to avoid being disturbed by the road noise in front of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend the hotel highly.

This is a great hotel that is (in my opinion) superb value for money!

The rooms are stylish (very well appointed) and comfortable. We had all the mod cons you'd expect from a four star hotel (which in Spain can often be hit and miss) - air con, flat screen TV, mini-bar, safe, dressing gowns and a great shower!

The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble, for any of them. (Even letting us use their personal laptops when we needed to check emails and then giving us a cup of tea when we came away from checking said emails in stressed states!)

Parking was a nuisance - we arrived hoping to get a space in the car park but found it full but fortunately ended up finding a space on a nearby street. (We were lucky enough to arrive on a Sunday - the hotel is a hop, skip and a jump to the train station so I imagine the surrounding streets get full with commuters during the working week) That said, the hotel is in a good neighbourhood and so, our car was perfectly safe. If you are driving and want to secure a space in the car park you'd be well advised to reserve this in advance.

The hotel is a (pleasant) ten minute walk (through the nice neighbourhood) to the commercial centre of Oviedo.

We'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel stuff were very friendly, they provided us with very important tips, each morning we planned the our day together.
The first room was small, but after we asked for a better room , we were given a much better room with balcony
The location of the hotel is close to the center and Not on the center.
for us it was comfortable because we had a car and it was easy to find parking in the street.
Each night we walk ~20 minutes to the old city and come back with a taxi (5.5 euro)
