The hotel has a great location, from one side is the city centaer (few minutes walk) and on the other way are the Wine streets (also few minutes away). The room which was offered had a view to the peatonal street, which sadly in the morning was all but that. There was a metal plate (some street works going on) and eveery car or truck that passed by sounded as it passed through our room. I hope they finished that.

The hotel was more or less as expected (nice) though my room was rather small and the pictures on the web looked better... but that's normal, right? :)
This was my first stay at Room Mate chain. The hotel is exactly what I expected - stylish decor at great price of Euro 78 p.n. (we choose breakfast option). The hotel is centrally located on a major pedestrian street so it was nice to browse the shops. There is a parking garage across from the hotel at Euro 10 p.d.

A very noisy hotel, even though it is good value we couldn't sleep at all. Some people were still coming in to sleep at the hotel at 6 am in the morning after a night out in the town and the flush for the toilets were so loud.
NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.

My wife and I stayed in the Room Mate Marcos Oviedo last week and we found it to be everything we wanted in a hotel. Well-located in the city, modern, friendly service and a more than fair price for the value. The 6 eu breakfast was an excellent value as well. Highly recommend. I would use another Room Mate hotel wherever I came across one.
