This property is located not too far from the city center (about 20 minutes walking) but right across a train station and, currently, a construction site. As a consequence, right now it is very loud, especially if you have a room facing the construction. Rooms are noisy inside anyway and you can hear every time someone shuts a door nearby. Other than noise, no big complaints. Rooms are very spacious and the bathroom itself was ginormous, especially for European standards. The bed was comfortable and the internet worked fine but it wasn't wi-fi; you need an ethernet cable to connect, which means only one computer online at a time. Staff was nice and they had a good breakfast in the cafeteria. Also, beware of parking. It's 9 EUR per night unless you can find street parking around (we didn't).
