Very modern hotel, kept perfectly clean inside and outside of the rooms. The rooms are on the small side, especially for a 4 star hotel. As mentioned elsewhere the shower curtain attacks :-) but the cupboard doors also seem to attack due to the room's small entrance hall.

The hotel is sold on the sea view, but I had a back room view and there appear to be quite a few back view rooms, but less than 50%.

Paid 75 Euros a night for a weekend in late September. A bit Expensive really given the room size.

Reception staff as good as you're likely to find.

Finally location, right at the far end of the beach from the old town, a 15-20 walk for me, but this would be quite a bit more for others.

This hotel looks rather like a car showroom or the head office of a bank. It is black and shiny and we passed it by three times before we saw it. However, once inside we were delighted. Reception is large, shiny, trendy and efficient. Reception staff were particulalry helpful and friendly. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but had everything you could possibly need. Bathroom was large and perfect except for a plastic curtain which attacked you every time you showered. Unfortunately we had a rear view room - the front faces over the sea - a wonderful view I believe! Meals in the restaurant were perfect, staff were excellent, but prices were a bit steep. However, snacks could be ordered in the bar. Sandwiches etc. were reasonably priced but service could be very slow at times. However, it is fair to say that we were with a large wedding party who spent a great deal of time in the hotel and were ordering at all sort of times. Swimming pool is small but pleasant with a decking area. The 'grounds' although very small will be much nicer when the newly planted trees and shrubs grow a bit. Hotel is new and altogether a pleasant place to stay.
