I stayed this hotel over week and generally speaking it does not live up to the expectation I had. Yes, even though I keep in mind that it is a three star hotel.
The location is not very convenient as it takes at least 20 mins walk to the center; neither is it to the railway station. Most personnel can not speak English(except one young man that we saw last two days during our stay). The room is okay but the breakfast is only Spanish. In other words, a lot of sweet stuffs, mainly cold dishes.
The room is not sound proof. You often hear noise from the neighbours at the middle of the night. Some staff are not very friendly and maybe it is due to their language barriers.
By the way Wifi went down during half of our stay there, thus it was not easy for our trip planning.
I would not recommend this hotel to the tourists who might stay a short period in Zaragoza.
