Fantastic Location, However work being carried out in the lounge Reception no where to eat no restuarant.

Staff not to frendiy compared to other IBIS we have stayed in. Plus only one hour internet where as other IBIS was free for as long as we stayed in the hotel. This one only gave one hour free, and the wanted 5 euros for 24 hours.

I though the rules applied at all your hotels.

We stayed in IBIS Zaragossa before; therefore booked it again because of its closeness to the city centre. I think there was a building work but it didn't affect us (except that breakfast time was very busy around reception area). However, the hotel was warm and comfortable as ever - and very good value for money.

I'll only criticize myself so much for certain things, the directions on the website (as well as Google Maps) just helped to affirm my belief that Spain is the WORST country to drive in. Just by taking a guess I finally found the hotel. All of the streets surrounding the hotel is one-way so it will be a challenge just to park temporarily to check-in. Like the other Ibis' where I've stayed, this is a nice property so no complains. There is a charge for parking and the structure is small. I only stayed one night so after finally getting there I was able to relax. Once I figured out the "maze" call Zaragosa, getting around was much easier (if you can possibly say that about driving in Spain!)

The hotel is being refurbished. We had one of the newly completed rooms - done to a high standard for an economy hotel. Location is excellent - great view of the Basilica from our bedroom window - short walk from the bars and restaurants in the old town. Breakfast is good value for money. Staff very efficient and friendly.
Only negative is that the hotel needs to provide better directions to the car park so that you can go direct to it. The entrance is situated in a side street behind the hotel and it is very difficult to park in the street in front of the hotel while obtaining instructions to locate the entrance.
