The location was good and most of the staff friendly enough, but unfortunately I don't have much else positive to say about this hotel. The decor was depressing and a little grubby, the 'double bed' was two fold up camp beds pushed together, the walls were thin and there was a lot of noise from other rooms and from the street. The 'business centre' comprised one very slow internet terminal which required you to enter a password every time you load a page, although we could barely get near it anyway as more often than not it was surrounded by a hoard of giggling teenagers. The included breakfast was woefully bad and unpalatable. We were very disappointed in this place, especially given that it wasn't exactly cheap. I wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed one night in September 2005. Some of the staff manning reception were good, friendly and helpful. Others were totally disinterested, not even bothering to return our Buenas Dias. For the price, the accommodation is about right, basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel suffers from the usual problem affecting all properties placed on narrow cobbled streets ie traffic noise. The thouroughfare outside is not busy at night but the occasional vehicle, especially the rubbish collectors truck, did wake us. If I visit the city again, I would probably spend a few more euros and find somewhere a little more pleasant.
