I stayed here with a group of seven men on a motorbiking holiday travelling through Spain. Our main priority was to have secure parking for our sports bikes. Arrived here about five oclock & was allocated two parking spaces to put the seven bikes in as previously arranged. Hotel was ok nothing outstanding but when we returned in the evening the foyer smelt of petrol. Nothing was said to us so the next morning we went down after breakfast expecting to continue on our trip. it was then we noticed that two of the bikes had been damaged ,but they had been picked up & sand put on the floor to soak up the petrol from a hole in the tank.
We went back to reception to explain & ask for assistance & to view the CCTV, to be told that it wasnt working and there was nothing they could do & denied all knowledge of the incident . We all felt that they could of tried to help us more but they left us sorting out the problem ourselves. The attitude of the staff was disgusting no custom service at all & to top it all we had to pay for parking here.I suggest you book elsewhere
