We have stayed in this hotel before and were happy to return. The decor is somewhat drab but the rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The hotel is within walking distance of all major sites and streets full of restaurants and bars. The hotel management emailed us in advance to warn that there was a tram line under construction and so the approach to the hotel could be difficult. This was appreciated, the staff generally were very helpful.

Just a minor niggle. There was no soap in the bathroom, we reported this on the day we arrived but we never got any, the only thing available was small bottles of shampoo.. Apart from this the bathroom was quite satisfactory.

Hotel Oriente is very well located in the center of Zaragoza. Room decoration is nothing special, although it’s spacious and comfortable. Staff is very nice and always willing to answer your questions and assist you with whatever you may need. The only problem I found was that there was no wi-fi in the hotel, and internet access is only possible the old-fashion way.

For the price and position, this is an excellent stop. There is not a lot to say other than that it is a good, clean city centre hotel ideal for exploring the town on foot. There is no parking for those with a car and the local parking systems (and traffic flow) take a bit of working out. We were in an inward looking room so it was quiet with the window open; however there was nothing to obscure (nets, blinds, shutters) the other windows from looking in, all of which had their netting.

Perfect location downtown, you can walk to all attractions. The room is spacious and the bed was perfect! The only thing is the bathroom was a bit cold. The breakfast isn't much: coffee, organge juice, croassint and a toast - I repeat the coffee as I was so tired, they were happy to help. The staff was friendly too... willing to help and to give us tips about the city and the area. The best was the price thought, very good cost vs benefit, we stayed in a triple room for 85 euros with breakfast, you don't pay that even in a hostel these days. Internet wasn't wireless, so it didn't work with our smartphones, but it was clear they only had cable internet when we reserved it.
