We really liked this hotel - quick, easy checkin and checkout. Free internet (ask for the code at the front desk). Rooms were modern, clean and quiet.

One note - the street in front of the hotel is under construction (a new tram line is being built) so you cannot drive up to the hotel. Our taxi driver dropped us off about 1/2 block away. If you are driving, you should call in advance to see where to park.

This hotel is in the heart of the city - very close to the Pilar Basilica and the other sites to see in the historic district.

Stayed here one night on the way to Madrid, drove into town and the whole road has been dug up for works so you cannot drive there, we parked in a car park and walked there.
Hotel is nice but there seems to have been a bad plumbing problem because the whole hotel smelt of sewerage, even in the room.
The rooms were nice enough, great shower and would be a prime location of not for the roadworks, but because of the smell it gets a bad rating from me.

We stayed at this hotel for the Pilar 2011 festival.
We found the staff to be very helpful, even allowing us to borrow a plug adapter so we could charge our digital cameras battery in time for the festivities.
The buffet breakfast had excellent choice and was freshly prepared.
No complaints and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Zaragoza.

A new hotel and it shows (in a good way) - all modern and clean. I didn't like the design, but that's a matter of personal taste.
The location is superb - right at the center of town, but not in the noisy plaza, with convenient parking across the street.
Service was OK, and most people spoke passable English, but you learn not to expect much better in spain.
Food in the hotel restaurant was rather good as well.
A good experience all in all.
