Very nice hotel in a very good location. Just few metres from the Cathedral and shopping streets. My girlfriend and I were accommodated in a large and clean twin room. The bathroom was large and nice. Room service is good and affordable. Got a great deal with [----].

Friendly staff and clean rooms but very little else to recommend this hotel. Not one that Best Western should be keen to advertise.
As it is in the old town you have to use the public underground car park and walk for a few minutes.
The rooms are very depressing the noise of other travellers can be disturbing. Happily we only stayed for 1 night.

This hotel is situated equidistant from several important tourist destinations in Spain (Barcelona, Pamplona, Bilbao) making it a PRIME target for LARGE, NOISY tourist groups. The walls in this hotel are thin to begin with, but when you add in the nightly annoyance of yet ANOTHER tour group stopping over for a one night stay, it becomes unbearable. These tour groups ALWAYS arrive late (11 PM or LATER) then traipse LOUDLY to their rooms with their luggage and spend an hour or more getting settled in their rooms (unpack, shower and loudly discuss the next day's itinerary). Only to be followed 5 hours later by the Tour Director knocking LOUDLY on EACH and EVERY tour group member's door to make sure they do not miss the bus. If you want a good night's sleep do NOT stay at this hotel.
