The hotel has a lovely exterior but is small and grubby inside with grumpy staff. The bed we had (Room 204) was very cheap and uncomfortable and the room was very, very noisy from traffic, etc outside. The shower, towels and bedding were good and the laptop great with free wifi. Nice modern TV in bedroom, but unfortunately only Spanish channels. Just 15 mins stroll from Catedral, etc, nice location, lots of bars, tapas, etc.

As mentioned in other reviews the rooms here are TINY!! Nice central hotel just a short work from the major attractions, which i recommend you visit early before the hoardes of tourist groups arrive. We didnt have breakfast but just round the corner is a great kiosk that sells amazing Churros and hot chocolate. Must try the Bar Alfalfa too for the best Tapas and a great atmosphere in this very small cosy bar. the wine and beer are great too.
Saw people using the bikes that are available in the hotel. Take care on the dodgy step on your way into the hotel though i nearly fell.

The position is central and perfect to visit all the city by walking.

The hotel is really clean. The staff is really friendly and ready to help.

The costs are really low considering what they offer!! You really do have a laptop included in the room with free internet access!

I had a double room and the only little problem was that the bed was quite little.

With relief we left a poor hotel and secured a room on the third floor of the Petit Palace. It was compact but comfortable and well-equipped with up-to-date furnishings and equipment; good lighting, an efficient shower, good towels and - if you like that kind of thing - a laptop computer for our use. An excellent buffet breakfast was available in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
