The location is very good, 5 minutes from the Cathedral and thus a few more minutes to the rest of the city center areas. The hotel is very cute and charming looking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The beds in our room on the ground floor were comfortable. The value of this room was very good compared to others I looked at in Sevilla.

The downsides of this stay were that we had an extra bed for our 4 year old so the room was very crowded, not really the hotels fault, it is just how it it is when we needed an extra bed in the room. The tile floors in our ground floor room were also a bit cold. The biggest downside is that being on the ground floor on the corner, two streets passed our windows with people and motor bikes coming by late into the night. There were also motorbikes parked right outside one window and it seemed to be a place that local people stopped to talk loudly at night. So the noise was bothersome.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October during a very hot spell in Seville. The room was quite small but had a nice high ceiling and with air-con, which made the room pleasant for sleeping at night. Our room, no 6, looked out over the narrow street which was very quiet, apart from the odd motorbike. The staff were very friendly and for €70 per night, reasonable value for money for such a great location, only 5 minutes walk from the cathedral. Free coffee and tea in the morning was welcome, though it's a pity a bigger breakfast wasn't included in the price as Seville is very expensive for eating out.

Yes the hostal is on a narrow street, but there are many narrow streets in Seville as it was built and occupied before cars were around, its easy enough to get to though and it is in a great location, around the corner is the Flamenco Museum (do catch the flamenco show there) there is a great square down the street with a market restaurants and other things. it was a good hub because we could easily get to all our attractions. Marina was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was comfortable and nice, a decent sized private bathroom as well. If you are looking for a good, clean, quality, budget accomadation in Seville, than this is it. We enjoyed our stay and would defintely recommend to friends. We especially liked Room 6 or Room Pasion, cute little balcony right on the second floor.
