I discovered this hotel through Groupon who were offering a two night stay with Continental breakfast and free car parking for two persons at a total of 75 euros - an offer too good to miss! It is situated in a quiet residential street, reception will call a taxi which costs around 5-6 euros to take you into the centre of town. Our twin bedded room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and a good size bathroom with bath and shower. Reception staff were friendly and helpful at all times. To the reviewer who remarked that they did not speak anything but Spanish this is true but what's to stop YOU learning some basic Spanish? Why do the English expect everyone to speak English? Both my travelling companion and I can speak Spanish so we had no problems whatsoever.

It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee making facilities in our room or at least to have had a communal kettle in the lounge - we really missed an early morning and late at night cup of tea or coffee. The breakfast room could have been made a bit more cosy and the breakfast a bit more interesting but considering what we were paying we were lucky to have any breakfast at all!

Presumably the pool and surrounding area will be cleaned and tidied up for the summer. We were there in November 2011, it was glorious sunny weather but definitely not hot enough for swimming so the fact that the pool was in a bad state didn't worry us.

We discovered a marvellous little cafe/cake shop very close to the hotel - when you come out turn left, walk to the end of the road and turn right. A coffee and cake was 2 euros - unbelievable price!

To be honest I would have preferred to have stayed right bang in the centre of the city but if you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, comfortable hotel then this hotel could be for you.

And as for Seville - it's so beautiful, I can't wait to go back!
