I chose this hotel because I wanted a change of pace from the small, traditional hotels I had booked for my first week in Spain. I wasn’t disappointed, it was just as advertised. Contemporary and sleek in an elegant, old building. But I’m not sure that I would return. The hotel needs updating (upholstery was stained and there was an odd odor in the bathroom). The location was within walking distance of the train station, which I appreciated, but not right in the center of all the tourist sights. BTW, I saw a review that mentioned that the staff was unfriendly. That was not my experience. I thought they were great.

Although centrally located it did not leave us with a particularly positive feeling. Reception staff lacking professional edge and chaotic. Rooms clean but spartan and unimaginative. Breakfast prices a rip off. Parking nearby for one day costs over €22.

Great location, staff very helpful and very accomodating. Our room had no external window so a bit stuffy and there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. However, this would not prevent me from staying here again. Great tapas bars very close to the hotel.

Good location with easy walk through Barrio Santa Cruz to Cathedral and Real Alcazar. There are excellent tapas bars nearby including El Rinconello (one of oldest in Seville). The rooms are stylish with minimalist decor but they lacked functionality as there was insufficient storage shelves for a 4 night stay. The public areas were quiet but there was noise from adjacent rooms (footsteps on wood and tiled flooring). Breakfast was expensive (18.4 euros) for the quality and choice available, and service was poor despite no-one else being at breakfast. No parking is available at the hotel; public parking at 20 euros/ day is available approximately 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
