Pros - This hotel is very conveniently situated in the old town yet well accessible. They provide private parking at an interesting rate. Rooms and en-suite bathrooms are spacious and very clean. They serve breakfast in their own bakery and there is other options close by. Most staff speak english and are generally attentive and overly friendly. Free wifi.
Cons - Though rooms going to the front have windows, these are superior rooms, most rooms have no real window but face dark patios. There is also rooms that face the lateral street. Do not go for these because they are situated above a generator that emits an annoying electronic noise. The hotel has a three star standard but prices are also accordingly. We got a lower off peak rate, unless you get that one I would consider the hotel to be pricey.
I would recommend the hotel for its spacious and clean rooms, and would consider to return depending on rate.

We stayed here over New Year's Eve because of its location. The personnel was very friendly and forthcoming with help in organizing and reserving a place for New Year's Eve. As mentioned already from others, the location is unbeatable. Breakfast was a bit meager, but everything else was great. The rooms clean and a decent size. Overall to be recommended.

Adriano Hotel is situated a stones throw from some of the main sites in Seville. Calle Adriano is easy to access by car in both directions, which is rare for the old and very compact streets of Seville. We spent two, very pleasant nights here. It is well worth the up-grade to take a superior room, rather than a standard (we paid 95 Euros, as opposed to 75 for a standard). You are elevated to the first or second floor, which provides a view of the street from the window and small balcony as well as a more spacious room - if you're lucky enough to have corner room, you will have two windows, which are sound-proof. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom sizable and all the fittings are modern and classy. The staff at the front desk were really pleasant and helpful and they provided us with useful info about restaurants and activities for our time in the city. We didn't opt to eat breakfast at the hotel, it wasn't included in the rate anyhow, though the downstairs cafe area is popular through-out the day. If you are traveling with a car, parking is not included, but can be provided at an extra cost which was 17 Euros at the time. You shouldn't need to drive while in Seville, as the streets are best seen on foot. One of the best experiences we had was a ride in a horse-drawn carriage around the city; it was terribly touristy, but good value for a leisurely tour of the sites in Seville. You will not be disappointed with this hotel, and having stumbled upon it by accident, it was a real gem.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in Seville. Close to everything I wanted to see, reasonably priced. I'm not sure why it's only 2 stars!

The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't tiny either. It's beautifully decorated, and the bathroom is lovely.

As to cons, it is not the easiest place to find, even when you know what street it's on. Be sure to look at the picture and keep an eye out. Also, you can hear the hall noise. There wasn't much, but it might annoy some people.

I was really thrilled with this hotel though. If I return to Seville, there is no question I would stay here again.
