“Disapointing.. Definitely not a 4 star hotel by any stretch.”
stayed 4 nights, First night in a smelly room, Pillows and all curtains and fabrics smelled of smoke. Moved to a better room.
Overall, the atmosphere is fake moorish. Breakfast is very poor. Poor selection of cereals, unripe fruit, stodgy croisants, meat and cheeses left out in the warmth for hours. Location is ok if you are not located on the streetside, as it is by a noisy street. Definitely not a 4 star hotel by any stretch.
Water from showers goes everywhere. Expensive for what it is.
Good points, close to Alameda de Hercules, and all its Tapas bars and nightlife. Helpful staff.

We give so much importance to the comments and complaints of every guest and work every day to solve those details and improve to have success in our goal: your satisfaction.
But we think that this contribution is really unfair. Specially the comment about the atmosphere. We have worked so hard studying how the ancient population of Sevilla lived, researching documents, searching for artisans in morocco and in andalusia to provide floors, tadelackt, mosaiques, fabrics, ceramics from Fes, carving woden beds from Marrakech and Rabat, handmade metal basins, etc that still are made in the same way as they were made 10 centuries ago. We are very proud of the result and it can be considered everything but a fake simply because every single element of our hotel is real and has a lot of hours of handmade work on it. We have put them here altogether for our guests to enjoy.
Moreover, we could not make a moorish fake having in Sevilla the Giralda, the Torre del Oro and the Alcazar, -moorish art jewels- for you to compare.
Concerning the other comments, everyting can always be improved and we work on that but aspects such as the smelly room (never had a complaint about that before and moreover, the room has two balconies that could be opened to refresh the air), breakfast (5 types of cereals, very good fruit -we are in Andalusia, Spain, I'm sorry-, fresh orange juice,...) and price for value (he paid 125€ per night, taxes & breakfast included and with upgrading in high season) give us a clue of how special are some clients and how unfair are sometimes their comments.
