Stopped at 2 other hotels in the chain and all were equally good.

Pleasant staff, booking was easy.

Car parking was within the Central Conveniences shopping centre but easy secure access to the hotel. Car park was slightly discounted if paid within the hotel.

Rooms spacious and very clean. We took our own kettle as none is included within the room. Fridge was there which enabled milk to be stored safely.

Reception staff were very good. Only gripe is that there were no local restaurants in the locality. The hotel is situated well for road access from the south west and easy to find. The hotel is in a very much residential area (flats) so we were expecting a few more local bars etc. There are a limited number of eateries within the shopping complex.

Cannot comment on the food within the hotel as we made our own arrangements for breakfast.

The swimming pool was not available at our stay, which was a disappointment.

I would recommend the chain and would stop with them again.

We've stayed for 2 days in this NH hotel in the week before Eastern. In one word: AVOID this! All shops are closed, and the old center of the town is overcrowded with people wanting to attend or see the processions that take place practically from noon till midnight (and later) every day. We never thought there was still such a catholic devotion in this modern Europ of 21st century!
The hotel has a parking in its basement, but - judging on smashed windows from some care parked there - it doesn't seem 100% safe or sufficiently secured. The restaurant (called NHube) shows the name of Ferran Adria (El Bulli) in its logo, but we suppose this is only a (heavily payed for) marketing gimmick: don't expect any molecular magic on your plate. Apart from that, the quality is more than acceptable: we had lunch/dinner 3 times over there.
Again WiFi is free - as in every NH hotel - but only in the lobby, and... only for 15 minutes! In all other NH hotels we've been to, this was 30 minutes (still too short, but you can always renew your access codes at the reception desk).
There is a swimming pool on top of the first floor, but it had a "Closed" board next to it, and looked like not having been cleaned for a while to us, although the weather conditions at the end of April in Andalucia invited for a refreshing swim.
And last but not least: be prepared for a 2 to 3 km walk to the center of the town. A walk through a not very attracting suburb with some (closed) shopping malls and offices. Perhaps you should envisage a hotel closer to the centre.

I would not recommend this hotel if you are a tourist. I have stayed in many hotels and this is near the bottom of the list. First of all the hotel is located outside of the city center in an area that will make you think "why would anyone visit this Seville?". Nothing is close by except the metro or taxi that you will try to find immediately to get out of the area as soon as possible. On top of that you will also encounter rude staff, no free wifi and small rooms. This hotel only works if you are here on business. Seville is an amazing city - if you are a tourist don't let this hotel ruin it for you.

We chose this from the NH website-- a big hotel located by a shopping centre, handy (pay) parking just below. Always check 'special offers' on the NH website; we got ''Weekender' incl. a (smallish) king-bed room with breakfast & free minibar (!) for 85e/night. Short walk to Plaza Espana, longer walk to city-centre! Wifi free in public areas but with lots of background noise. NH Hotels offers a pillow choice--useful in Spain, a land of great towels and bad pillows (& plumbing)! Fine breakfast, but Spanish plumbing is never perfect and stale cigarette smoke drifted up into our bathroom from the smoking rooms below. For (much) better accommodation stay at a Parador Nacional! There is none in Seville but a fine Parador is at Carmona, a 45min drive away!
