We booked over the internet but it was so bad we refused to stay here Why?
*large amounts of dog excreta outside the hotel had to step over it to get inside
*the building is converted social housing in very bad state of disrepair
*the wiring was dangerous - electric plug socket burnt
*no heating - wall mounted fan heater knob was missing - owner said it just needed pliers to adjust it! (honestly)
*the other fan heater was full of dust and fluff inside it
*lift did not work
* lots of caged birds and a parrot on a perch in reception (I am allergic to them).
in addition if you had paid in advancen the owner will refuse to give you a refund.

It is located far from the city center, in a relatively poor neighborhood. It is not a 3 star hotel. It only has smoking rooms and they smell. Our room had a window AC unit that was loud and could not be adjusted (you can only plug it). The bed was small, hard, and the cover had cigarette burns. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair. The toilette flush was weak and not very functional. It is inexpensive, but I would not stay there again.
