This hotel is so FAAARRR from Seville - though in fairness the hotel did say it was 25 minutes from the city (though by bus it's more like 30-35 minutes). The area is a dump - though quite safe. I almost cried when I first arrived as I was staying there for 4 nights if I recall correctly. THe bathroom needs renovation and the drainage is rusty. The room is okay.
I paid 80 Euros for one night which is waayyy overpriced - perhaps it's a holiday or something, because when i came back my room rate was EUR 46.
Still, I would suggest getting something in Seville center.
Though this place is convenient enrote to Cadiz - which I did on my last night.
Room Tip: not facing the street - avenida bellavista

I really apologize if you spent 30 minutes instead 25 to go to the city center. At the front desk we try to give the most accurate information to our guests but sometimes, as in your case, the traffic is maybe a little bit heavier than expected, due to a special event in the city (the Davis Cup Final) and the time is a little bit longer (5 minutes).
I would like also to thank you for your help reporting an under expectation maintenance of the bathroom. We have take care about your advice.
Finally, I would like to inform you that our rates change depending on the seasons, the special events on the city or the early booking. If you are interested in the best prices, we recommend you to make the reservation as soon as possible. At your 1st stay, (during the Davis Cup´s Final) the rates were higher than at the 2nd stay because the hotel was almost fully booked; At the same time, the hotels in the city center had rates much more expensive than ours.
We are located in a residential area of Seville (District Bellavista – la Palmera), that is quiet and safe.
Once again thank you for helping us to improve our service and facilities each day.
