All rooms have basic kitchen items... but not much else.
Great location... right in the middle of everything

Con's
- There is a bar right in front of the hotel. If you have a street facing room IT WILL BE LOUD. Even with all the windows close. After the first night they moved me to a small studio room facing the courtyard and it was much quieter.
- One on site washer ($5) and dryer ($3) on the roof that guest can use.

My family and I (wife and 12 yeald son) spent 2 nights in the Murillo Apartments and were very pleased with our overall experience. Located in the old Jewish Quarter of the city the apartments are decently sized and quite clean. The location is excellent for exploring all of the main tourist areas of Seville. It's located about an easy 10 minute walk (flat ground) from the cathedral. Head right out of the apartmetns and turn right again by the Alcazar and follow the wall until you reach the cathedral. Your taxi will drop you off about 200 feet away from the Apartments so don't worry when you can't see the apartments and hotel. Breakfast in the morning is nothing special. It's also about 20 minutes or so from the airport. All in all a great stay. One warning though: If you have a room facing the narrow street as we did it can be quite noisy at night.

I stayed here for 3 day in January for 80 Eur per night (booked direct) with breakfast taken in Hotel Murillo just across the street (the street is like 1m wide here). The reception staff speak good English and were very helpful. Over room had a double bed and a double sofa bed in the sitting room and slept 3 adults and 2 children so was bit of a bargain.
Location is great, walking distance to just about everywhere in central Seville. As other reviewers have mentioned, the streets are really narrow here, so no taxis at the front of the hotel. You will need to manage with your luggage 50meters along cobbled passage ways to the apartment. The apartments that face inwards will be much quieter than those that have windows that face the cobbled streets and other private apartments which will be 1metre away from your window.
There are no kettles in the room but a communal coffee machine for 50cents a drink. Cutlery, pots, pans, plates, hop and microwave are provided in the kitchen but you will have to ask at the front desk for washing up liquid. There is free Wifi (pretty fast) and cable TV.
Location and price (especially as the place will sleep 4 or 5) really make this hotel and in my view far outweigh the disadvantages.
If I return, this will be the place I will be booking again.

I had two reasons for choosing to book this hotel :
(1) It was a last min booking and being the Christmas season, there were limited options available.
(2) It had a reasonably good rating here on TripAdvisor

I have to say that I was greatly underwhelmed by my experience of staying in Room 150.

Bad points
• The windows in both the living room and bed room are inches away from an apartment where a local family lives. Having arrived on Christmas Day, it is hard to fault the family for having a family gathering and making that much noise.
• There is also near constant noise from the ground level. Every morning, garbage bins are dragged across the cobbled pavement at 7am in the morning and every night, the sound of people walking past and talking and laughing are heard with great clarity.
• Still on the topic of noise, when I was in the bathroom, I could hear the occupant of the toilet in the next door blow his nose. It was so clear that it sounded like he was blowing his nose right behind me. I could also hear every word of the conversation he subsequently had with his partner (I kid you not).
• Last comment on noise – the front door is also paper thin. You can hear when guest are leaving their rooms and walking past your door.
• While having a kitchenette is useful in theory, the lack of a sponge and dish-washing liquid makes it all quite useless. The lack of a kettle was something I was prepared for and a lot less bothersome than the lack of a sponge or dish-washing liquid.
• Toilet also had a few flaws : no soap provided (only shampoo in a packet), loose tile right in the middle of the bathroom floor, small section of wall rotting from water leakage.
• I had quite a few hairs drop on the toilet floor while I brushed my hair in the morning and I left it there deliberately. When we returned at the end of the day, we knew the room had been "cleaned" as the beds were made but all the hairs were right where I left them.

Good points
• Central location to get around the city (but with a decent walk from the Airport bus-stop)
• Spacious living and kitchen area
• Good wireless internet signal
• Good heating and air-con

Overall, I would say that I had a very average stay, not sure that it is worthy of being in the top 10 for Seville. If there were other options available, I’m unlikely to pick this place to stay again and I would only recommend friends to stay here if they have no other choices.
