Had prebooked three nights with the hotel website - a double room at €90/night Bed & Breakfast, although I see other reviewers had managed to get rooms at €50/night.
As we had an upstairs room at the back of the hotel, with a small window opening into a small service area with no sight of the outside world, and an extractor running until the early hours of the morning, I feel a charge of €50/night would have been a more acceptable charge.
On the plus side, the breakfast was good, as was the free of charge coffee during the day and free WiFi, which was available in the public area. Staff very friendly and helpful.
When booking, I was aware there was no parking at the hotel - and the roads in the Santa Cruz area where the hotel is located are so narrow - obviously built before the days of the horseless carriage. Many of the roads are too narrow for a car and a pedestrian at the same time!
There are public carparks available, but they all charge in the region of €20/€22 per day. There is very little on road parking available and No Parking signs abound. However, there seems to be little enforcement of the No Waiting rules. After the first €22 of paid for parking I managed to find some on street parking (under a no waiting sign - but traffic could pass easily) and left the car there for 48 hours without any damage or incident.
If taking a hire car to the older areas of Seville, pay for any extra insurance you can obtain!
Room Tip: Try to avoid room 112
