We didn't expect much but were surprised by quality provided for the money. It was clean and spacy. Around 30 minutes by public transport from downtown, the bus stops is 5 minutes walking from the place. Secure parking available.

This appartment is an interesting option for people who don't mind either driving or taking a bus to Seville. The appartment is completely outside of the city, but it offers the following:

- Relative cleaness of the facilities (obviously, the furniture is old and tired, but the sheets and bathroom are clean)

- Cooking your own food and getting away from the damn tapas (seriously, this Spanish "delicasy" is a tiny piece of bread and some salad smeared on it for 3 euro a piece)

- Space! Compared with other "hotels" in the overpriced Spain, you get a living room, bedroom, a kitchen with a washer, good size bathroom and a hallway!

- Parking included in the price. You can park your car for the day or two and just take the bus to the city.

If thats what you are looking for, this appartment is a good option.

First, the good stuff: the apartment was clean and spacious, parking is free and the staff was friendly and helpful. But the location was just too far from the city centre (20 mins by car) and we kept getting lost due to the unfriendly maps and road signs. There was also no hairdryer provided. The apartments are only cleaned twice a week, so this may not appeal to travellers who expect their rooms to be cleaned everyday. We also had problems with the washing machine, it took way too long to wash a load of clothes. I would probably not stay here on my next visit.

Very nice apartments, very clean. To get there I suggest a taxi from the airport to the apartment (18 Euro flat rate) as this is the easiest and quickest option.

The apartment we rented came with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and even a toilet basin! Anyway the sacrafice is that you need to catch a bus (No 27) into the heart of Seville. The trip usually takes about 30-40 minutes. If you´re here for 3 days I suggest you buy a tourist 3 day pass for 7 Euros which gives you unlimited travel. The bus can get pretty crowed at times so be prepared to stand.

The plus side is that the area while a business district is relatively quiet, breakfast is really cheap at this cafe across the road, there is free internet access and the receptionists are very helpful. One minor thing to gripe about is the bed as it's rather firm and you can feel the springs pressing on you. So overall a nice place to stay if you didn´t mind the bus travel.
