Nothing special about this hotel, however, it is very centrally located. Stayed two nights and on check out day, rushed us out. We asked for an extra 30 mins, after noon (checkout time) and they would not even consider it. I've stayed at thousands of hotels before and before coming this hotel, we stayed at the AC in Madrid. The latest checkout without charge is typically 2 or 3 PM without charge of another day, so an extra 30mins would not have cost them anything.

I stayed he with my father & sister for one evening and it could not have been better. Rooms a good size, modern & clean, great facilities and an excellent location. Absolute value for price paid. Will certainly return

Checked into this hotel on spec after arriving in Seville with nowhere to stay and remembered reading some previous positive reviews.
Really convenient location for the bus station (5 mins walk) and the other way into the historic city centre (5/10 mins).
We stayed for 2 nights and all the staff were really helpful and friendly.
As a base for 3 days exploring the city it's convenient.
However wouldn't reccomend it as a place to stay for a romantic break.
Rooms are minimalist, but not in a trendy way, it just felt un-homely and cheap. Maybe when it was first done it looked good but is now beginning to look quite shabby and dated.
The bed was really comfortable but unfortunately we got woken up both mornings as the hotel was quite noisy - with people in corridors outside and staff downstairs.
There was also a really strong smell of cleaning fluid in the room and corridor outside which was quite unpleasant.
Overall it didn't feel like a room to spend a lot of time in other than just to crash out after a day's sightseeing but if that's what you're after then it should be fine.

The Hotel is close from the principal monuments and there is a few restaurantes and bars near by. For "Tapas" go to the Restaurant "El Cairo".
