Location is just ok, close to the Guadalcanal river, but nothing special. The rooms are a bit dated, could use a refurbishment. You can sit outside at the bar, but this is actually just a piece of the parking blocked with some plants. Nothing charming about that.
Service in general was ok, although at the reception nobody seemed to know what a courrier service was. I had to send a package abroad, and this costed really a lot of time before someone understood what I needed. Was I really the first asking for a courrier service?

The food in the restaurant (we had lunch there) was actually pretty good, with excellent service.

Our room was very spacious and quiet, bed comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. fantastic location as it was only a very short walk across the bridge to the old city and there were lots of good tapas bars and restaurants on this side. Not as expensive as it was more a local area than tourist area. We had 3 nights here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend this hotel

Located near Triana Bridge, across the river of Seville, this location is not the best for city tour by foot, but is not so bad either.
The hotel has modern Andalusian décor, it is very clean and so is the room.
Parking costs 19 Euro per day, and if you travel by car there is no other convenient alternative parking near by.
The room is medium size and equipped with all the standards features, but here comes the good surprise: The sleeping quality is supreme, best I have encountered in Andalusia!
*The bed is very large and medium soft (not as firm as most of the hotels’ beds we encountered in Andalusia).
*The window has rolling shutters so there is no outside light penetration, and no noise from the street.
*There is another internal door in the room that separates the entrance and toilette from the sleeping area, such door is rare (no such door in most hotels I have ever seen), it voids the noises from the corridor of the hotel and from the bathroom.
Breakfast was very good, the selection is wide.
The staff in the reception was friendly and helpful.
All and all a very good hotel to sleep and eat breakfast in, but its location is not the best.

My Tourist’s tip: Self driving with GPS in the maze of the allies in the old city and finding a reasonable parking place is mission impossible. Either park in a central parking garage and pay for it, then go on foot, or take a taxi to your location.

Check in good and friendly and free wi-fi plus lap top at reception you could use. Rooms quiet-no road noise as hotel is set back from main road through a passageway into a courtyard and short walk ( 10 mins) over river to main part of old Seville with Cathedral Alacazar etc.
Excellent breakfast choice and set menu for dinner at about 16 euros was really good for a hotel and much better than the 'tourist' trap restaurants along the river bank where you are squeezed together with indifferent food.
