Despite some alarming recent reviews of this place, I thought the good location and excellent value for money (I paid just 25 euros per night) made it worth taking a chance, and I was ultimately very pleased with the hotel. It does have a major issue with noise, but this is true with most small hotels in the narrow streets of old Seville, and after asking to change room to something away from the street the management worked hard to rearrange things for me and I was allocated a lovely quiet room on the 3rd floor. The rooms are of good but basic quality, although I suspect the a/c is in need of a major overhaul and I would avoid going in the hot months of peak season when this, coupled with street noise through open windows, would be a drag. Great budget option for off season in my opinion, and the communal areas of the hotel are very prettily decorated.
