We stayed here for three nights on a trip around Andalucia.
On arrival the staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the city and pointed out the main sights. As we wanted a no smoking room they upgraded us to a view room, which was a nice bonus. The hotel has a smart, modern, business feel to it and is very striking when you walk in.
The room was a pretty good size with access to a balcony (we were on the 9th floor so the views were good). The bathroom was really well equipped, with double sinks and both a shower over the bath and a separate walk-in shower, all sectioned off from each other by glass doors.
We didn't have breakfast as were were on a room only basis, but on check-in they said that if we signed up for their members' club we'd get 50% off breakfast and free wifi, as well as other discounts. We didn't bother but if you stay in their hotels regularly it sounds like a good deal.
We didn't eat in the restaurant either but we did have a drink in the bar one night, which has lots of comfy seating and a good atmosphere once there are a few people in there.
The hotel is in a good location about a 15 minute walk from the cathedral. We walked everywhere as the tourist sights are all fairly close together.
There were a couple of slight negatives about this hotel (although neither of them were a big deal). One was the lifts – they were really slow to arrive once you called them (would normally take the stairs, but not from the ninth floor!!) and they were quite rickety. This was also the same for the lifts to the car park, which are separate. The other was the lack of drink-making facilities in the room, but we found that throughout the rest of the trip so we assumed it was always the case in Spain, although a bit unusual for a hotel of this standard in my experience. The underground parking was also quite expensive.
That said, these are small points and didn't affect our view of this hotel. At around £80 a room it was good value given the location and the standard of accommodation. I would certainly recommend it for a short break in Seville.
