Wonderful location just off the main square, facing the Cathedral, in the heart of the old city centre. Within walking distance of the Alcazar Palace, the Plaza de Toros, and all the other attractions. Also within easy reach of the tramway. This hotel was formerly the private residence of a noble family, as you can see from the imposing reception area on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been nicely refurbished, but it is the lobby area that really gives character to the hotel, along with the rooftop terrace (with a little pool) facing onto the Cathedral. The breakfast is nothing out of the ordinary but there are plenty of cafes all around where you can get breakfast. Just opposite the hotel, I recommend a visit to the Cathedral, and a walk to the top of the tower, that is about 60 metres high, but quite an easy walk as you have to go up a series of ramps rather than steps, so it is quite easy even for older visitors, and from the top you can see right across the city. For the Alcazar Palace, one minute away, I recommend the guided tour as the guide gives you a lot of useful background information. One thing I didn't like about the hotel was the booths in the lower ground floor with Internet access, a bit like old-fashioned telephone booths and quite suffocating. But that really is only a minor point. The staff were very good, the location is excellent and I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Very pretty hotel in the heart of the Old City in Sevilla!! In front of the Cathedral and the Alcazar.
Shops, Tapas restaurants, tablados, etc! All walking distance. The beds are not the most comfortable. We took this hotel because it had a private parking, when we got there our very small car "didn't fit" in their parking lot, so we had to drive (and walk back) two blocks down to park the car in a public parking, they didn't even ask to park the car for you.
Stayed at room #315, if you're a light sleeper don't take that room!!! The pool bar is right above the room, very noisy!!! Apart from that, we had a great experience.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel during a recent visit to Spain. The hotel is only a short walk away from all the major sights. Our room was very nice and the staff was helpful and polite. It was too cold to spend much time in the rooftop bar except in the sunny afternoon but it had nice views. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfast which had a variety of choices both hot and cold. The decor is a bit old fashioned but in a pleasent way. We didn't have a street noise issue.
