We used this hotel prior to a very early morning flight from Seville. On the plus side it was easy to find, parking available and very close to Seville airport (approx. 4 kms away). Our duplex room was warm and clean, but basic and rather dated as was much of the hotel. Definitely, not worthy of a four star rating.

We ate dinner the restaurant, which was perfectly adequate and the waiter looked after us and enjoyed some very reasonable house rioja. Sadly the restaurant lacked any kind of ambience or style.

\the hotel is desperately in need of a refurb, however, for a airport stopover its acceptable. We got a very good room rate through booking.com, but dont expect more than that.

The maintenance of this hotel is soooo bad, that´s sometimes funny to see. One part of the wall of the room wasn´t even painted and we thought, maybe it was on Purpose and part of the decoration. But the fact that we couldn´t close the door unless we lifted it up, wasn´t funny at all. The only thing we wanted was to get out of that hotel the next morning without any harm, because you can even see electric wire out of the wall in the hall and even in the elevator which can be dangerous. The room and bathroom weren´t clean and there´s a bad smell coming out of the sink. We choosed this hotel for the distance to the airport and the free parking. The lady at the reception was kind, but I will not recommend this hotel, not even for 1 night. Do the managing director see or read the Opinion-forms of the clients???
The only stars we experienced here were in the beautiful Sevillian night sky and not at the hotel.

Far from city center and Santa Justa train station, you should get taxi to get there. I believe this hotel will be closed soon, should not be four stars hotel. When we enter the room, really smelly and we have to open the window to get fresh air. I found trace of feces in the WC. When my wife open the cap of bathtub, she screamed of two insects came out but got flushed by water. When we need taxi for early morning, the staff won't call them for us, and we have to wait in front of hotel for a while. Won't back there for sure!

Over all the experience is not the worst, however, there are many reservations we have about this hotel. The front desk staff is very accommodating. The first room we were assigned to was next to a noisy road and room. The lady at the front desk gave us another room with no problems. The smell in the second room was a little better as well. The room it self was out dated with furniture that had some major wear. There are stains and holes in the bed sheets as well as the sofa. The walls have many black marks and show some wear. When walking into the restroom, I noticed the uncleanliness. Dust on the toilet seat, hair in the bath tub, and ceiling tiles stained. The bathroom door and baseboards have water damage.

All in all, we have been in Spain for about a week now and have been spending on average of about 60euros per night and have stayed in much nicer places with the same services like free wifi and free parking.
